Nang Phyo Thet Hsu joined the Vocational training program because she could no longer continue her formal education. She wanted to learn a practical skill that could support her future and help her build a stable livelihood. Instead of giving up, she chose a new path that could open opportunities for her life.

At the beginning of her training journey, she faced many difficulties about transportation Traveling to the training was challenging, and sometimes she struggled to go on her own. But with the support of her friends and parents, she continued attending the training until the very end. she pushed herself to stay committed.

After completing the course, she noticed big improvements in herself. Her language skills became stronger, and she gained more confidence in her learning abilities. She understood lessons better than before and felt more ready to step into a real working environment.

Today, Nang Phyo Thet Hsu is working at a café called Gettava as a Barista. Her main responsibilities include making drinks and serving customers with care. She is now already one-year working in restaurants, which is a proud milestone for her. Through this job, she has gained experience, confidence, and a deeper passion for the barista profession.

She has a bigger dream for her future. She hopes to open her own café one day. She knows it will take time, effort, and patience, but she is determined to work step by step toward this goal.

As a young person, Nang Phyo Thet Hsu has faced many failures and challenges. But she never lets them stop her. She believes that her future is something she must build herself, so she never gives up easily. Every challenge she faced made her stronger, and every failure became a valuable lesson.
