“Bad days are parts of good life”
Thiri Kyaw, who successfully completed the Vocational Education Training Batch 2, has come a long way in her journey. She decided to join the VET program due to her family’s financial difficulties and her desire to learn a practical skill that could support her future livelihood. She had heard from friends that the program offered courses in F&B, and she wanted to build a stable future by gaining knowledge in a field she could rely on. This motivated her to enroll in the program with joy and determination.
During her training, Thiri Kyaw faced many challenges. However, the support and encouragement from her friends, the guidance from her teachers, and the knowledge she gained in class helped her overcome these difficulties. She learned to stay calm and focused, which allowed her to solve problems step by step. Even in the hardest moments, her peers helped her, offered advice, and guided her through obstacles.
At times when language barriers made communication difficult, Thiri Kyaw asked friends for help, sought translation tools, and carefully worked through tasks with patience and persistence. Because of her diligence and positive attitude, she gradually overcame most of the challenges she faced.
After completing the program, Thiri Kyaw noticed a remarkable difference in herself. Her language skills improved significantly, and she gained valuable knowledge about work, social relationships, and understanding people’s perspectives. She also developed responsibility, critical thinking, and new business insights. With her dedication, honesty, and discipline, she learned to apply her skills practically in the workplace, including using business strategies, market analysis, and other operational tasks.
Currently, Thiri Kyaw is working at Naisaen Bakery as a cake decorator and cashier. She continues to apply the skills and knowledge she learned from the VET program, combining practical experience with professionalism to grow both personally and professionally.
