“Do not be afraid to face failure and challenges”

Zin Moe Hlaing is a successful young professional who has been working at Naisaen Bakery for two years. She came from Myanmar due to family difficulties and faced many challenges in her education. She studied at a migrant learning center in Maesot, but since her family could not fully support her education, she decided to pursue a vocational training program with a strong passion for the Food & Beverage industry. Her dream has always been to open her own small bakery, which led her to join the Food & Beverage vocational training course in 2023.

During the training, Zin Moe Hlaing dedicated herself fully to learning. She practiced baking, decorating, and preparing food every day, often staying longer to master difficult techniques. She learned not only the technical skills of cooking and baking but also how to work in a professional kitchen, manage time efficiently, and follow hygiene standards strictly. She also improved her communication skills, learning to speak and understand Thai better, which helped her interact confidently with trainers and fellow trainees. Each day of the course brought new challenges, from learning complex recipes to handling mistakes in real-time, but she embraced them as opportunities to improve. Her determination and willingness to learn helped her gain both knowledge and confidence, preparing her to step confidently into the working world.

Her journey was not easy. There were many times she faced failures and challenges at work. However, with encouragement from her parents and friends, she never gave up. She kept telling herself, “I can do it.” Each mistake became a lesson, and every challenge became an opportunity to grow.

Today, Zin Moe Hlaing stands as a strong example of determination and resilience. Her motto, “Do not be afraid to face failure and challenges,” inspires everyone around her to keep moving forward, no matter how difficult the path may seem.
