Joined Rays of Youth in 2024

“The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.”

After finishing high school, she joined the Rays of Youth Program because she wanted to gain leadership-related experience before continuing her university education. During the training period, she gained experience in leadership, stepping out of her comfort zone to take on new challenges, and working collaboratively with others as part of a team.

After completing the program, her soft skills improved significantly, and she became more confident in trying things she had never done before. Currently, she is studying at university and is effectively applying the skills she gained from the program, especially when working on group projects and other collaborative academic activities.

In addition, the motto that motivates her is “The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts,” because it reminds her that happiness does not depend on external factors but mainly on one’s own mindset and way of thinking.

Finally, she would like to express her sincere gratitude to the Rays of Youth organization for creating many opportunities for migrant Myanmar children and for recognizing and supporting their ideas, experiences, and abilities. She also hopes that future young people will continue to receive such valuable opportunities.
