Nan Ei Soe’s inspiring journey from the halls of a Myanmar Migrant Learning Center to the vibrant world of entrepreneurship exemplifies the transformative power of education. Completing the cooking and beverage course with Rays of Youth's Vocational Education Training Batch-1 in 2022, she acquired not only culinary skills but also the essential knowledge to achieve self-sufficiency and support her family.

Reflecting on her experience, Nan Ei Soe shared, "After attending the course, I gained invaluable experiences and learned effective ways to run my own business, as well as creative culinary skills and advanced cooking techniques." The comprehensive education she received included fundamental principles of business expansion and media marketing strategies, significantly boosting her self-confidence.

Today, Nan Ei Soe works as a barista in a coffee shop in Mae Sot and is diligently preparing to reopen her own establishment. With unwavering determination, she aims to leverage her acquired knowledge and skills to enhance her life and further her business endeavors.

Her message to fellow youth is simple yet powerful: “Always have confidence in yourself and maintain a strong mind. Always stay strong!” This encouragement reflects her belief in the potential of young people to overcome challenges and achieve their dreams.
