During his time as a Youth Network member, Saw Htn Kyaw Khant experienced significant growth in both personal and leadership capacities. His ability to lead improved noticeably as he engaged in team activities and collaborative tasks. Through continuous practice, he developed stronger communication skills, learned how to listen actively, and became more confident in sharing his perspectives with others. Over time, he grew more comfortable interacting with different groups of people and managing conversations in a respectful and effective way.

His teamwork skills strengthened as he learned how to work collectively, support others, and contribute to group success. By participating in various youth-related activities, he gained practical knowledge on solving challenges within a team, addressing problems calmly, and guiding peers toward solutions. These experiences taught him that leadership is not only about giving direction but also about understanding, patience, and responsibility.

Balancing school, youth activities, and personal commitments helped him significantly improve his time management. He learned how to organize his schedule, prioritize tasks, and maintain balance between different responsibilities. This growth made him more disciplined and self-aware. He also gained a deeper understanding of how individual actions can impact an entire group and why accountability matters.

Through direct exposure to different tasks and responsibilities, he learned the basics of a professional working environment, including how to communicate properly, collaborate respectfully, and carry out assigned duties with responsibility. His overall journey as a Youth Network member helped him become more mature, more dependable, and more socially aware.

Although he is currently not holding a major position in school or the community, he continues to carry the lessons he learned. His experience has shaped him into someone who is responsible, thoughtful, and ready to support others whenever he can.
