For Saw Kae Doh Soe, these words have become a guiding principle in his journey of personal and community growth. He completed the Youth Leadership Program Batch 8 at Rays of Youth and is currently a dedicated student at Thoo Mweh Khee School. Alongside his studies, he actively participates as a member of the Rays of Youth Youth Network, contributing to community development initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing the skills and potential of migrant youth.

Joining the Youth Leadership Program opened the door for Saw Kae Doh Soe to learn the essential qualities of leadership, including how to guide others effectively, make thoughtful decisions, and take responsibility. He also gained valuable skills in media, including editing, communication, and presentation, which allowed him to express his ideas confidently and creatively.

Since completing the program, Saw Kae Doh Soe has noticed remarkable changes in both his mindset and social abilities. He has grown into a young leader who inspires and earns the respect of peers in both his school and community. His thinking has become more strategic and forward-looking, setting him apart from many of his peers, and he approaches challenges with a mature perspective. His growth has been visible and meaningful, giving him a deep sense of satisfaction and pride.

Today, he continues to apply the skills and values learned at Rays of Youth in his daily life, consistently exploring new ideas, learning from experiences, and striving to prepare for the future. Saw Kae Doh Soe embodies the essence of a motivated, responsible, and visionary young leader, always pushing forward while encouraging others to realize their potential.
