“Move Forward with Patience and Tolerance.”

For Thiha Win, this principle became the foundation of his growth. Before attending the Rays of Youth Leadership Course, he had never heard of the program, but a friend encouraged him to join during the COVID-19 school closures, and he decided to give it a try—a decision that became a turning point in his life.

Through the program, Thiha Win gained confidence, became more communicative, and developed leadership and teamwork skills. He also learned to listen, respect different perspectives, and approach challenges with optimism. Along the way, he formed meaningful friendships with teachers and peers who inspired him to unlock his potential.

Today, Thiha Win applies these lessons as a teacher at the CDC learning center, facilitating lessons, observing students, creating consensus, and fostering mutual respect. He continues to explore his passion for photography while guiding young people to develop their own skills.

Looking ahead, he hopes to pursue further courses, study with diverse groups, and one day attend university. He encourages youth: “What you do is for yourself. Follow your own path, learn from good teachers, and seize opportunities when they come.”

He expresses deep gratitude to Rays of Youth, noting that the knowledge, experiences, and friendships from the program continue to guide his journey, inspire his teaching, and motivate him to embrace challenges and share his skills with others.
